I have been contacted by TextMaster about “Quality Feedback”. What does this mean?

"Quality Feedback" is when a client or proofreader complains about the quality of a translator's or content writer's work. When such feedback is received, a dedicated TextMaster team will examine the evidence (the nature of the complaint, the work done, the details of the project, the profiles of the writer/translator and the client concerned) to establish whether the complaint is justified or not. You will be informed of the conclusion of this analysis and of any measures taken in response to the complaint. If Quality Feedback is found to be justified, it may lead to a warning being issued, or even to the closure of your TextMaster account.
